Who knew the day the doctor announced, ITS A GIRL, that this little venture would begin. A name borrowed from my son as he would sing "happy cakes, happy cakes" to my daughter (to the tune of patty cake) and she would explode with laughter. The inspiration from both my son and daughter, with the support & love of my husband begins this little adventure.

Here we are again...the season that started Happy Cakes...our 4th Halloween season, we are over the moon excited that this has evolved to what it has.
